The legal operational parameters for interacting with Sterksoft digital infrastructure.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Sterksoft website and our original software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these parameters, you must terminate your connection immediately.
2. Infrastructure Ownership
The Sterksoft ecosystem, including all source code, architecture, visual interfaces, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sterksoft Systems.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, replication, or distribution of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
3. Operational Liability
Sterksoft provides digital infrastructure "as is". While we maintain 99.99% system reliability, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data synchronization latency.
Termination Protocol
Sterksoft reserves the right to terminate access to our infrastructure for any entity that violates these operational terms or attempts to breach our security layers.
